Daily Delivery Terms & Conditions
The available meals for each day are stated on our breakfast and lunch menus. We only make different meals entirely if it is a bulk order from 10 plates upwards. Please contact us via email for custom orders. Delivery times are always written on our daily menu as seen below:
Breakfast Delivery: 8am – 10am (Mon – Sat)
1st Batch (Lunch): 12pm – 2pm (Mon – Sat)
2nd Batch (Lunch): 4pm – 6pm (Mon – Sat)
Breakfast orders must be made before 5am on the same day. 1st Batch orders must be made before 10am and 2nd Batch must be made before 2pm.
We always endeavour to stick to our delivery timeframes but to ensure our delivery line is not congested, we ask you to ONLY call or reach out to us if we have exceeded the timeframe. Meals will be delivered only during the timeframes on the menu and we cannot promise a specific delivery time for any order, regardless of distance.
Our delivery personnel will call you once before reaching your location and at least 3 times when at your location. Our riders will wait 5 minutes at your location to pick up your order. Failure to receive your order at your specified time means it will be returned to our kitchen and you will need to pay for another delivery.
When ordering food for friends and loved ones, kindly inform them and confirm that they are available and willing to receive the order at the time and location specified. Lolu’s Cuisine WILL NOT be held liable for undelivered orders in cases where the receiver is unwilling to collect the order. Please note that only confirmation of FULL PAYMENT – including delivery fee – validates your order. All sales are final, we do not offer refunds on any sale.

Bulk Orders Terms & Conditions
The available meals are stated on our bulk menus. We make different meals entirely for bulk order sfrom 10 plates upwards. Please send us an email to arrange special orders. Delivery times are agreed when the order is made, Lolu’s Cuisine will send customers confirmations via email.
