African Cuisine Cook

  • Experience making Nigerian and African dishes,
    (eg Ofada Rice, Native Soups, Nkwobi etc)
  • Has knowledge on how to make native finger foods
  • Can communicate properly in English
  • Clean, honest and works with high quality standard
  • Can work independently without supervision
  • Fluent in Yoruba (Added Advantage)
  • Prior professional experience in food industry (Added Advantage)

Logistics Manager

  • Manage and develop logistics staff (Supervise, coach, and train riders)
  • Planning and monitoring incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and maintenance of the company bikes
  • Resolve any problems or complains from the riders and customers
  • Ensure the smooth running of the logistics department
  • Interested applicants must know how to either ride a bike or drive a car
  • Experience as a dispatch rider / logistics manger
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
  • Ability to work independently

Store Keeper

  • Control access to, and keep inventory of store supplies
  • Devise ways to improve procedures on inventory control.
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Document characteristics of inventory materials
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus and
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
  • Minimum of OND
  • Prior experience in a similar role

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable.
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients.
  • Tracking organization expenses.
  • Working with collection agencies on overdue payments.
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
  • BSC/ HND
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an accountant

Sales representative

  • Be knowledgeable about the company’s product/services and increase sales effort
  • Identify prospective customers
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the agreed time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer Service representative

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests- All daily transactions, and orders must be entered in an excel sheet.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
  • At least 1-2 years experience of Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

Driver

  • Can work as our company driver who will be responsible for transporting staff and goods in a comfortable, safe and timely manner.
  • You must have a valid driving license, a clean driving record and no traffic violations
  • Good knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
  • Ensuring that the vehicle is safe and clean
  • Using navigation apps to determine the best route
  • Adjust routes to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions as needed
  • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
  • Book car wash detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car

Social Media Manager

  • Create and post content on social media.
  • Perform research on current trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on social platforms
  • Monitor website information and collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor reviews
  • Oversee social media designs, suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.


  • You should have worked for at least 6 months – 1 year as a social media manager or content manager with proven experience.
  • Have great experience in content management, excellent copywriting and communication skills.
